Sports Field without Building Permit

All the sports pitches we build on our patented modular E panels, replacing the base structure, are considered a temporary building.

Therefore, their installation does not require building permits.

For playgrounds and stadiums built with the methods used so far, it was necessary to dig a base layer about 40cm deep. Several layers of crushed stone of varying thickness were gradually laid out.

When building on the E Panel, there is no need for a foundation structure. The panels can be laid on any hardened surface and can then be dismantled and relocated.

Such a way of building sports facilities greatly accelerates the realization of construction works. Panels can be assembled within a few hours, and other layers of the system are easy to install (not to mention the waiting for building permits and associated costs).

Of course, the speed of construction lowers the resulting price. The price of the panels themselves is the same or lower than the price of the foundation structure. In addition, the investor can’t be cheated (construction companies often save costs and fail to build a foundation structure with sufficient depth) and the building can’t go wrong (it is a very simple puzzle).

In addition, the system can be moved and re-used if necessary.
